Shipping Policy   

Shipping Time -- Our processing time is always on the forefront of our minds, and we are constantly working to improve this element of your customer experience. We are currently offering 2-3 business days of processing, and then your shipping choice will begin. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by SLEEK WINK or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

 

 

International Shipping

The buyer will be responsible for any and all duties, customs, local handling, and brokerage charges that may be incurred - please contact your individual country's post office for more information.

Taxes

SLEEK WINK shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SLEEK WINK shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SLEEK WINK shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SLEEK WINK shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods must be within 15 days of purchase.

Stock

Whilst we will always try to maintain our stock at suitable levels, we do sometimes run out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay.

Liability

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery, as this is handled by USPS or the Los Angeles Port (if international).

Orders will be processed on a daily basis, although delivery can take up to 14 days.

We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

If your products have not arrived after 14 days from making your purchase, please let us know so that we try to follow it up with USPS or the Los Angeles Port (If International) on your behalf.  We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

Method of Refunds

SLEEK WINK will issue a refund to your PayPal account or the credit card that you used for ordering with the original purchase amount minus 15% or 25% restocking fee, if applicable.

SLEEK WINK will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased.

Opened Products and Allergic Reactions

There will be a 25% administrative processing fee calculated against the total cost of all opened products being returned including those being returned due to an allergic reaction with any product we sell on our website.

Our Web site contains the list of ingredients for every product, so it is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings and guidance dependent on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
